Kruger Plastics Limited was incorporated in 1996 as a 100% Bahamian owned, limited liability company, formed for the expressed purpose of locally producing and distributing various types of plastic bags.

As a start-up manufacturer, the company was able to secure funding through the Bahamas Development Bank for the purchase of its first line of plastic extrusion and bag making machinery.
